Guidelines for Reporting Database Problems

Often more than one person can remedy most of the database problems that occur. Therefore, it is a good idea to report such problems to one of the systems in place so that more than one person is aware of the problem.

Patrons may report database problems in one of the following ways:

• Use the online form, Problems Accessing Database/Electronic Journals, at http://www.lib.utsa.edu/Forms/dataproblems.php
• Email the Library Collection Development office at librarycolldev@utsa.edu
