1604: Ten Copiers are located along the wall past the Reference Desk.

Downtown: Five Copiers are located along the wall in the stacks area near the Reference Desk.

Pay Options

UTSACard: UTSA students, faculty and staff can use their UTSACard (ID Card), which functions as a debit card to be used with most copiers. For more information on using your UTSACard as a debit card, or setting up an account, see copying FAQs or visit the UTSACard page.

UTSA Copy Card: At JPL, non-UTSA patrons may purchase a UTSA Guest Card from a Cash Value Station located next to the copiers near the Reference Desk. These cards cost $1.00. Additional value can be added to the Guest Card account on the same machine. The Downtown Library also has a Cash Value Station, located next to the printers near the Circulation Desk. For more information see copying FAQs.

Problems?

Many problems may be avoided by reading the informational signs on and around the copiers. Please report any out-of-order machine, problems with copier cards, or other complaints directly to Student Copier Services (458-4003). At the John Peace Library next to the copy machines, there is a direct line telephone to Copier Services. Requests for refunds must be made at the appropriate Fiscal Services Office.

For assistance in the use of the copiers, please ask at the Reference Desk at JPL or the Circulation Desk at Downtown Library.

Check out FAQs for other troubleshooting tips.
