Library Services for Visitors & Alumni

Non-UTSA affiliated visitors and UTSA Alumni can get borrowing privileges at the UTSA Library by either joining the Friends of the Library Program or the UTSA Alumni Association. Interlibrary Loan privileges to request articles or books not available at the UTSA library are also available for a fee per request.

Research help is also available via the Ask a Librarian service where you can email a reference librarian with your question.

The Library also offers Crash Courses and Tours. Crash Courses include Google It!

While remote access to databases is not available to non-UTSA affiliated visitors and alumni, most databases are available to in-person visitors to the library.

Non-UTSA affiliated visitors and alumni may purchase a UTSA Guest Card for use with library copiers and printers. These cards cost $1.00.
