Copying at the UTSA Libraries
John Peace Library - Copiers are located on the 2nd floor near the main staircase.
Downtown Campus Library - Copiers are located along the wall in the stacks area near the Front Desk.
Students receive an allocation of 200 free pages at the beginning of each semester, which applies to both copying and printing. After the 200 free pages are used, printing costs apply.
Faculty, staff, and guest patrons do not receive a printing allocation; printing costs are the same as for students.
UTSA students can use their UTSACard (ID Card), which functions as a debit card, on most copiers.
UTSA faculty, staff and non-UTSA patrons may purchase a UTSA Guest Card from a Cash Value Station. Cash Value Stations are located at JPL next to the copiers near the Information Desk, and at the Downtown Campus Library next to the printers near the Front Desk. These cards cost $1.00. Additional value can be added to the Guest Card account on the same machine.
Please report any out-of-order machines, problems with copier cards, or other issues to The Office of Information Technology (OIT) at (210) 458-4579.
For assistance with using the copiers, please ask at the Information Desk.
John Peace Library - Microform copiers are located in the Current Periodicals room on JPL's 4th floor.
Downtown Campus Library - A microform copier is located near the Front Desk.
Currently, there is no charge for copies of microfilm and microfiche.
